4 Week Full Body Solo Challenges
Prepare yourself for behavior change, fat loss & habit formation. You'll receive a NEW challenge & new workouts every 4 weeks with instructional vids for each exercise + alternates(for any fitness level).
How many days?
The first challenge is 6 days of resistance workouts & 1 stretch day per week.
The following challenges are 5 resistance workouts, 1 stretch & 1 active rest day. You can reschedule workout days if needed.
The first challenge requires NO equipment.
The following challenges will require dumbbells(heavy weight NOT suggested).
Optional Equipment: resistance bands, yoga mat, foam roller.
